HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
At this time, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Donna M. Collection charges 9% sales tax for purchases shipped in the state of South Carolina. The amount of sales tax charged will be based on where your order is delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a notice via email at the address listed on account.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We use USPS shipping carrier. You should receive your order within 2-7 business days once it has been processed. Some orders are shipped UPS depending on the delivery address. Please note that credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping orders. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and shipping address. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL?
Yes, we accept payments via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, you do not need a PayPal account. You may pay using a credit card.
IS YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAY SECURE?
Our payment gateway is as secure as it gets. We use the same security and encryption technologies as the largest banks which includes our shopping cart.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $125 ($125 minimum purchase). We strive on keeping our non-promotional shipping costs to a minimum. They are as follows:
Standard Shipping - $11.75
Express Shipping - $29.00
