Return & Exchange Policy:All full-price online purchases are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only within 5 days of receiving the product(s). All orders undergo a quality check before being sent out. No Refunds will be issued. We are more than happy to assist you in selecting your items before you finalize your purchase.Returnable Items Includes:
Unworn and Unwashed
All original tags must be attached to the originally tagged location
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your Original invoice please log into your account or attach the order confirmation email.
Any orders violating the return policy will not be approved for return for store credit.
All accessories and intimate items are FINAL Sales.

Exchange:
We can’t guarantee that your desired item to exchange will be available.
If you exchange with another item of lesser value, you will receive a store credit only. If you exchange with another item of a higher value, you are responsible for covering the additional costs. 
All exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags must be attached to the originally tagged location.
We do not exchange any accessories or intimate items.
Any orders violating the return policy will not be approved for return for store credit.

Store Credit:
Expect to be emailed within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. You will only receive Store Credit for your items purchased and returned, you will not receive credit for shipping. Store Credit is valid for 1 year after the issue date.

Sale Items:
All Sale/Clearance items are Final Sales. No Store Credit or Exchanges will be issued.

Donna M. Collection reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn, damaged, or stained after shipping.


Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.We recommend shipping insurance and maintaining shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Donna M. Collection is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.
